Braided Corrugated Metal Hose

A Braided Corrugated Metal Hose consists of an internal metal corrugated hose and an external stainless steel braid. The inner hose provides the medium passage and flexible movement. The braid limits axial extension under pressure and adds structural support around the hose body.

The product can be manufactured with a single-layer or multi-layer braid. Its diameter and length can be customized according to the installation conditions.

Available end connections include flanges, threaded fittings, and welded fittings. The product is suitable for industrial equipment interfaces that require both flexible connection and an externally reinforced hose structure.

The corrugated inner hose can bend and deform elastically to accommodate equipment vibration, movement, or installation deviation. The external braid provides restraint around the inner hose and reduces excessive axial extension.

When installed at pump or compressor interfaces, the product can reduce the transfer of equipment vibration to rigid piping. For gas piping or thermal systems, the number of braid layers and the connection type should be selected according to the medium, temperature, pressure, and hose diameter.

Working pressure cannot be determined only by the number of braid layers. It is also affected by the hose diameter, corrugation structure, operating temperature, fitting configuration, and actual test results.

The minimum order quantity is one piece. Production according to technical drawings or existing samples is supported, and a sample can be provided before batch manufacturing.

One standard specification generally requires about one month. Products involving special materials, larger quantities, or non-standard fittings normally require two to three months.

Photos or videos can be provided during production. Packaging options include small packages and wooden cases. EXW and FOB delivery terms are supported.

If transportation damage is found after delivery, repair or a small replacement shipment may be arranged according to the actual situation. A six-month industry warranty is provided.
