A High Pressure Stainless Steel Hose is a flexible metal hose assembly designed to combine pressure-bearing connection requirements with installation flexibility.

The product normally consists of a stainless steel corrugated inner hose, a single-layer or multi-layer reinforcement braid, and end fittings. The corrugated inner hose creates a continuous medium passage and accommodates equipment vibration, displacement, and installation deviation.

The external braid limits axial extension under pressure and improves the stability of the complete assembly. Available connection options include flanges, threaded fittings, and welded fittings.

For hydraulic equipment, the purchaser should provide the working pressure, process medium, temperature, pressure pulsation conditions, and required installation length.

For compressors or industrial gas equipment, the vibration level, interface direction, and available bending space should also be confirmed.
