Continuous Helical Corrugation Along the Hose Body

A Helical Corrugated Metal Hose is manufactured with a continuous spiral corrugation extending from one end of the hose to the other. This structure provides a continuous flexible path and is suitable for longer equipment connections or installations that require the hose to follow a curved route.
The hose is made from stainless steel. Its diameter and overall length can be customized according to the equipment layout and available installation space.
A single-layer or multi-layer stainless steel braid can be added to the outside of the hose. End connection options include flanges, threaded fittings, and welded fittings. The position and direction of the fittings can also be designed according to the installation arrangement.
Adaptation to Curved and Irregular Installation Paths
The continuous helical corrugation allows the hose to form a relatively smooth curve during installation. It is suitable for positions where the two equipment interfaces are not located on the same straight line, where the surrounding space is irregular, or where the hose must pass around other equipment components.
For industrial fluid transfer, the hose provides a continuous medium passage while adding flexibility to the piping connection. When installed on vibrating equipment, it can reduce the effect of mechanical vibration and installation deviation on rigid pipelines.
An external braid limits excessive axial extension under pressure and improves the structural stability of the hose. The correct configuration should be determined according to the medium, temperature, pressure, diameter, length, bending direction, and connection type.

Drawing-Based Hose Assembly Manufacturing

Manufacturing capabilities include metal hose forming, automatic longitudinal seam welding, argon arc welding, laser cutting, and component assembly. The hose body, braid, and end fittings can be supplied as a completed assembly.
Production inspection focuses on the total hose length, fitting direction, welded areas, and finished appearance. Every product is inspected before packaging. Customer-arranged third-party inspection is also supported.

Applications and Production Scheduling
This product is suitable for industrial fluid transfer, equipment connections, vibration absorption, and piping systems with irregular installation positions.
OEM and ODM production is available. Products can be manufactured according to drawings. The minimum order quantity is one piece, supporting prototype development, maintenance replacement, and batch equipment supply.
One standard specification normally requires about one month. Products involving special materials, larger quantities, tooling, or complex fittings generally require two to three months.
Production photos or videos can be provided. Small packages and wooden cases are available. For repeat orders with unchanged materials, structures, and connections, delivery can generally be arranged about 15 days faster than the first order.
