The Stainless Steel Bourdon Tube is a metal elastic element with a continuous corrugated structure. It can provide a flexible connection between equipment parts or piping components. Depending on the confirmed design, it may be used for displacement compensation, vibration absorption, pressure transmission, media isolation, and flexible metal sealing.
The product can be manufactured as a single-ply bellows, a multi-ply bellows, or a completed assembly with connection parts. Available corrugation profiles include U-shaped, Ω-shaped, butterfly-shaped, and non-standard designs. Corrugation pitch, corrugation height, effective convolutions, and overall length can be adjusted according to the installation space and movement conditions.
Thin-wall, small-diameter, and close-pitch structures are suitable for equipment that requires a sensitive elastic response in a compact area. Designs with additional plies or adjusted wall thickness can be considered when both flexibility and structural stability are required.
Material and Dimensional Selection
Available materials include 304, 316, 316L, and 321 stainless steel, as well as alloy materials. The inner diameter starts from Φ6 mm. The available single-ply wall thickness range is 0.12–25 mm.
The final configuration should not be selected only according to the material name or inner diameter. Working pressure, operating temperature, process medium, movement direction, displacement, expected operating cycles, welding structure, and installation method must also be considered.
The Stainless Steel Bourdon Tube can be combined with flanges, end pipes, fittings, or equipment connection seats. This allows the purchaser to receive a component prepared for direct assembly instead of purchasing only an individual corrugated tube.
Material, wall thickness, number of plies, and corrugation profile must be matched to the actual operating conditions. Not every parameter can be combined freely, and the final structure should follow the confirmed drawing and technical requirements.

The normal production time for one standard specification is about one month. Products involving special materials, larger quantities, new tooling, or other custom structures normally require two to three months. Photos or videos can be provided during production.
