Its simple construction is suitable for equipment with clear requirements for flexibility, response speed, product weight, and installation space. Compared with a multi-ply design, the single-layer structure has fewer material layers and normally responds more directly to changes in pressure or axial movement.

The product can be manufactured with different corrugation pitches, heights, effective convolutions, and overall lengths. These details are determined according to the internal equipment space, axial travel, working pressure, and process medium. Available corrugation profiles include U-shaped, Ω-shaped, butterfly-shaped, and custom designs.

This structure is particularly useful in small, precise, or space-limited components where controlled elastic movement is required within a short installation length.

 

Available materials include 304, 316, 316L, and 321 stainless steel. The inner diameter starts from Φ6 mm, while the single-ply wall thickness can be selected within a range of 0.12–25 mm.
