Multi Ply Stainless Steel Bellows

This Multi Ply Stainless Steel Bellows is made by forming several layers of thin-wall stainless steel together. It is developed mainly for industrial valves, pressure-control equipment, and components involving frequent displacement.

Available materials include 304, 316, 316L, and 321 stainless steel. The inner diameter starts from Φ6 mm, while the thickness of each individual layer can be selected within the range of 0.12–25 mm.

The number of convolutions, effective length, overall length, and end connections can be customized according to the equipment installation conditions. The layered structure is suitable for moving parts that require both elastic response and structural support within a limited space.

The number of plies and the thickness of each layer must be selected according to the complete operating conditions rather than treated as separate parameters.

By adjusting the number of layers and the thickness of each layer, the bellows can be configured for repeated axial movement under different pressure, temperature, and cycle requirements.

For industrial valves, the number of convolutions and connection structure can be developed according to the valve stem travel, internal valve space, and end welding position. For mechanical seals or pressure-control devices, the material configuration should be based on movement frequency, process medium, installation dimensions, and expected cycles.

For high-frequency movement positions, the number of convolutions and plies should match the actual travel. The product should not be selected only according to the inner diameter or total wall thickness.

The final Multi Ply Stainless Steel Bellows design should be confirmed through the valve drawing, equipment assembly dimensions, operating conditions, and agreed technical requirements.

The factory can customize metal bellows, valve bellows components, and non-standard metal parts. The research and process teams can review valve structure drawings, physical samples, or assembly dimensions supplied by the customer.

Before production, the number of plies, individual layer thickness, number of convolutions, effective length, and end connection can be confirmed. Manufacturing covers forming, welding, component assembly, and finished-product inspection.

Inspection begins with raw material cutting and continues through each production stage. Every product is inspected before packaging. The purchaser may also arrange third-party inspection to check dimensions, structure, and agreed inspection items.

Production photos or videos can be provided. Packaging options include small packages and wooden cases. The product is supplied with a six-month industry warranty.

If transportation damage is found after delivery, repair or a small replacement shipment may be arranged according to the actual situation.
