Controlled Dimensions for Compact Equipment

Precision Formed Metal Bellows are developed for equipment with specific requirements for dimensional consistency, elastic response, and limited installation space. Depending on the product structure, the bellows can be manufactured by hydroforming, mechanical forming, or another suitable forming process.
Stainless steel and alloy materials are available. The inner diameter starts from Φ6 mm, and the wall thickness can be selected within a range of 0.12–25 mm.
The corrugations may use a standard profile or a non-standard precision profile designed around the equipment space. Available product configurations include single-ply bellows, multi-ply bellows, and completed assemblies with fittings, end pipes, or flanges.
This structural flexibility allows the product to be matched to different installation dimensions and connection requirements.
Design for Sensing, Movement, and Isolation
Small-diameter, thin-wall, and close-pitch structures can be produced for precision movement, pressure transmission, flexible connection, and media isolation.
For pressure sensor applications, the wall thickness, number of convolutions, and effective area can be configured according to the required sensitivity and measurement range. For precision instruments and automatic control devices, the axial travel, installation length, and interface structure should be confirmed before production.
For vacuum equipment, the process environment, sealing requirement, material, and welding structure should also be reviewed. Material grade, wall thickness, diameter, number of plies, and corrugation profile are connected design factors.
The final Precision Formed Metal Bellows structure must consider working pressure, operating temperature, process medium, displacement, expected operating cycles, and the actual installation method. Final dimensions should follow the approved drawing and technical requirements.
Drawing-Based Manufacturing and Quality Control
The technical and process teams can develop the product according to customer drawings or existing samples. Before production, they can confirm the corrugation dimensions, wall thickness, effective number of convolutions, end interface, and assembly tolerance.
The factory has hydroforming, automatic longitudinal seam welding, argon arc welding, laser cutting, and pressure testing capabilities. These processes support both individual bellows and assemblies with non-standard connection parts.
Inspection is arranged during forming, welding, and assembly. Every finished product is inspected before packaging. Customer-arranged third-party inspection is also accepted.
This drawing-based process helps reduce the risk of dimensional or interface differences when products are used for new equipment development or replacement projects.
Applications and Order Scheduling
The product is suitable for semiconductor equipment, vacuum equipment, precision instruments, pressure sensors, mechanical seals, and automatic control devices.
Production according to drawings or samples is supported. The minimum order quantity is one piece, making the product suitable for equipment development, small trial orders, and non-standard replacement parts.
The normal production time for one standard specification is about one month. Products involving special materials, larger quantities, new tooling, or other custom requirements normally need two to three months.
Photos or videos can be supplied during production. For repeat orders with unchanged specifications and manufacturing processes, delivery can generally be arranged about 15 days faster than the first order.
Small packages or wooden cases can be selected according to the dimensions and structure of the product.
